Nine rooms are located within the old hotel itself, while an additional 20 are modern lodge rooms, available in an adjacent building. The modern rooms have TVs and private baths. Mini-suites are available.

Historic hotel rooms and suites are furnished with period antiques. In accordance with their historic nature they do not have televisions or telephones. Shared bathrooms and showers are down the hall. Among the hotel's more notable past guests have been Mark Twain, Susan B. Anthony, President Grant, and John Wayne.
